RFMS Mobile - Access Your Orders and Quotes Anywhere

RFMS Mobile is a free mobile application for Android users that acts as a companion to the RFMS Business Management Software. With this app, users can create new quotes and orders and have real-time access to products and inventory quantities. Additionally, users can attach photos to a quote, order, or line item making it a more visual experience.

One of the most impressive features of RFMS Mobile is its customer management tools. Users can search for, view, and edit customer information, as well as call, text, email, or navigate to their customer's place of business or shipping location. Another key feature is the ability to create and edit quotes and orders, search for existing quotes and orders, and attach photos to line items or the quote/order. Users can even post payments to an order and create a PDF quote, order, or BidPro estimate document to email, share, or print for their customer.

RFMS Mobile also has a Point of Sale feature that allows users to create a Point of Sale order, add to existing orders used to sell supplies to installer crews, search available inventory, place line items into Cut status, create a pick-up document only, or create a receipt and post payment. However, it is important to note that a subscription is required to use RFMS Mobile, and certain features are allowed by Administrator Permission only.
